Nissan SUV Series's 2015 Yearly Strategy

A previous annual project which led to a 90 million frame contract with Nissan China with Elise spent approximately two weeks of raw data collection and another two weeks to gain some insights from the data.  Nissan China appreciated the research and the takeaways did serve as the base of the 2015 SUV Family strategy at Moreover, the overall brand strategies of three SUV models had been adjusted after this research report.
