Angostura Bitter 2018 PR Campaign Proposal

A group assignment of the DePaul PRAD PR foundation class.  This was a real client's brief and we presented to the Angostura team of Hill+Knowlton. The main concern of the brief was that rarely known that Angostura bitters can also be used in many common dishes to deepen the depth of the flavor for marinades, baked goods, and salad dressing.  We have conducted several in-depth social media audits to pinpoint the accurate target audiences and their preferences.  The data-driven strategy has solved the main concern of the brief and has provided the idea of a year-round tour event which can be run across the country.
